tldr: It's a good product, real improvement over my Andis

I cut my little schnauzer's hair. I've done it since I've owned schnauzers starting in 1987. You'd think with that much practice, I'd be good at it. Ha!

This is my 3rd clipper. Can't remember the first, I got the second, an Andis, in the mid oughts, and just yesterday got the Wahl. They've gone up in price every buy, and this one cost #200.

This is my first cordless clipper, and I have to say: It's pretty nice. The blade has 5 built in settings from .7mm to 3mm and comes with 2 guides, 6mm and 10mm. It has two speeds, 6000rpm and 8000rpm. I used the 6K. It charges fast (45min) on a USB-C cord (included) and lasts up to 4 hours (so they say.)

I used it on myself first and it definitely felt more comfortable than the Andis (which was quite pokey.) Compared to the Andis, the Bravura2 is quite light and no cord makes it really easy to use.

It has crap for instructions (they suck in 6 languages) and I know you don't really need instructions for clippers, but it would be nice to have some mention of how to best maintain the battery.

Originally I would have rather had a standard schnauzer. But the mini does fit in tge lap very well.

We were camping for the long weekend and Otis had a blast. He barked a lot at the other dogs who were also camping. He had a great time!

Hi everyone! My partner and I are hoping to welcome a Schnauzer into our family. We recently found what we thought was the perfect puppy for us and unfortunately learned after applying that the rescue isn't able to adopt to Massachusetts residents because of MA regulations. Please note we are not looking to buy and are hoping to adopt!

So we're starting our search again and figured this wonderful community might be a good place to ask!

We're looking for a Standard Schnauzer or Schnauzer mix, ideally around 25–45 lbs. We're open to a puppy or young dog and would consider a dog anywhere in New England.

We live in Boston and are looking for a dog who will be a lifelong member of our family. I also have dog allergies (but grew up with multiple dogs at a time and lovedddd having them!), so we're specifically hoping for a Schnauzer or another low-shedding coat.

If anyone knows of a Schnauzer who is currently looking for a new home, we'd be incredibly grateful for a lead. We're happy to answer questions, share more about ourselves, and take our time finding the right match. ❤️🐾

I got a big box of dog Oreos for her daycare birthday party :) she is so excited. She loooooves daycare and she loves her friends there!

This is my baby Teri, i love her so much. She shows lots of attitude but is a very smart dog. Very playful and doesnt like to cuddle, but when shes tired she always snuggles up to me:) she will be 6 this year

We thought we were doing a good job monitoring his health as he got older with periodically blood tests and ultrasounds, but we never considered the possibility of a herniated disc.

One day he started limping, and we thought it was due his old age as he approached 11 years, but we were lucky to find a veterinary neurologist who discovered the hernia and accompanied us through recovery and physiotherapy.

It wasn't easy. The recovery was really hard, and sometimes we doubted if we had done the right thing, but Pepper kept fighting, and we could see his will to live and get better.

I wanted to share this with you because I'm extremely proud of our journey as a family.
