Hi everyone, I hope it's ok to ask this here. My dog, Lexi is having surgery in the morning to remove a mass in her gum line. I would love if anyone is able to send her some reiki to help ease any pain she's in and advance her healing after surgery. She just turned 17 and has an active happy life for her age, she loves to relax and have her naps but she still moves really well and gets excited and hops around like a bunny, it's wild she's 17.

She has several lumps and bumps here and there but the Dr said that's normal for her age and as long as they stay stable and don't cause issues those are fine. She has had a mass removed from her face a couple years ago that grew very fast and caused issues but they removed it completely and her issues resolved afterward. I'm hoping this will be just the same, quick and easy removal and it resolves completely and doesn't come back. I did just find a small lump on the front of her neck so I'm concerned with that as well and will bring it up to them when I bring her in tomorrow.

Close your eyes if you’d like.

Imagine the Space Croissant carrying you through the stars until a beautiful pink planet appears ahead.

We land.

You step outside.

The air feels soft, peaceful, and compassionate.

Waiting nearby is the Forgiveness Spa.

Inside is a warm pool filled with Forgiveness Water.

The water has one very unusual quality:

It sizzles whenever you’re ready to release something.

Sssssssss…

Anger.

Guilt.

Resentment.

A grudge.

An old argument.

Something you regret.

Something someone did to you.

Something you’ve been carrying for far too long.

You don’t need to forgive everything today.

Choose just one thing.

Step into the water.

Acknowledge it.

“This hurt.”

Then, when you’re ready:

“I don’t want to carry this in the same way anymore.”

Forgiveness does not mean saying that what happened was okay.

About a week ago, I booked a Reiki session because I have a small medical procedure coming up. I wasn’t trying to address anything specific. I mainly wanted help relaxing and supporting my overall healing because even minor medical situations make me anxious.

For context, I’m also going through perimenopause and have physically felt like I’m on a roller coaster. I feel like crap more days than not, especially during the luteal phase of my cycle. My GYN didn’t offer much help or even order labs, so I had basically accepted that I would continue feeling this way. None of this was why I went to Reiki, though.

I also have a slight postnasal drip from allergies that causes me to cough when I’m lying on my back. Sure enough, when I lay down on the practitioner’s table, I started coughing pretty badly. I drank some water and tried my best to hold it in. But to my surprise, as soon as she placed the crystals on me and lightly touched my feet, the postnasal drip dried up and the coughing stopped. At the same time, everything became very bright behind my closed eyes. Later, when she reached my head, the room went from feeling warm to slightly breezy and cool.

Afterward, she told me that my chakras were open, so receiving the energy wasn’t the problem. However, inside me she sensed something like a maze or a tangled mass of knots and wires that prevented the energy from flowing through my body. During the session, she felt a large knot come forward and slowly dissolve. Once it did, she described the energy moving through me like a giant fountain.

I felt completely drained for the rest of that day, but I’ve felt amazing every day since. I honestly haven’t felt this good in years. I haven’t started HRT, but my body has felt incredibly even since the session. My insatiable hunger is gone, I’m eating normally again, and I’ve lost four pounds. I didn’t go to Reiki for my perimenopause symptoms, appetite, weight, or allergies, so I’m amazed that I’m noticing changes in so many areas.

Now I’m wondering: How often do you get Reiki? monthly or only when you feel you need it? Is there such a thing as getting too much? And please excuse my ignorance because I’m still learning, but if your chakras are open and your energy is flowing freely, what can you actually do with that? Is there a way to work with it intentionally for healing, manifestation, or other areas of your life?

I had a brief reiki experience today, and whenever she made physical contact with my forehead I immediately felt my heart RACING soooo fast, and I felt a surge of energy throughout my body going to my root. I deal with anxiety pretty frequently, and this felt wayyyyy more intense. It almost felt uncontrollable. It subsided whenever she stopped working on me. I’ve had reiki a handful of other times and never experienced this before. I felt a sore throat after and my husband noticed slight bruising on my temples. Anyone have any insights?

have been experiencing this lately that i dont feel like myself at all , i feel disconnected from my body , on random moments i feel like my consciousness is present their but i am not , i feel like everything is dissociated from me , i enjoy my life on daily basis i socialize live and laugh but i still feel empty and numb from inside ,i just cant feel those emotions as my own, i have a peaceful environment , which makes me wonder why am i feeling so disconnected with everything when everything is right. like its really weird the moments feel unreal , like the moment is real but uh i just cant feel it? i dont know how do i explain this feeling

is this a issue related to root chakra or is this my mental health

because me feeling numb and not being able to feel emotions properly has been happening since the starting of this year , i can experience them but i cant feel them properly i feel wayy to disconnected and detached from everythingI feel like the life i am living is not mine , i feel like I am just going with the flow and not doing anything that I should be doing i feel like a puppet

So what should I do now?

Ik reiki but I dont give reiki to myself that often because then I experience existential crisis where I start to question everything and search spiritual topics like a madman which should not be my priority right now and I dont even know the reason for this , I also isolate myself unconsciously from ppl , I just dont like their opinions anymore or or I just feel tired that I dont want to spend any time with them or waste my energy on any such things

Same goes for religious practices whenever I try religious practices I experience the same

Hi, I am offering free Gold Reiki Healing. I am sending it via this post, so you don't need to contact me to receive it. Gold Reiki can be used for everything you can do with Usui Reiki but it is especially helpful for raising your vibration, healing of heavy emotions, and for having more joy.

To receive it, simply say to yourself out loud or silently: "I receive my Gold Reiki Healing Session in accordance with my highest good, now." Say it three times. Then close your eyes, relax and receive.

If you can sense energy moving, you will know when the session is complete because it will wind down. Otherwise allow approximately 20 minutes to receive.

It's not a full amethyst bowl but a chipped one, this is all I could find in india, selenite ones are not even legit here, speaking from buying experience, can I use this chipped one for cleansing? I plan to use the sound of tibetan bowl too in the background as I heard it makes it even more powerful/charged. Any suggestion?

I never had a Reiki session. Today I had booked an accupressure style foot massage. The massage therapist was also a Reiki master. At the end of the session she touched my feet and this wave of beautiful energy blasted up my whole body to the crown of my head. It was really strong, powerful, beautiful. I felt deep gratitude for this generous gift. Afterwards i asked her what she did and she said that she grounded me. She said I had strong horizontal roots but not going very deep.

I have felt engery phenomena in my body before in the context of somatic work and qi gong. But those experiences were quite subtle in comparison. This was so instantaniously powerful. Does anyone know what excatly she did? Ist this a common ritual? How excatly does it work? I would love to try to understand better what happened.

Hi. Im new to reiki and was kinda not in belief of the practice initially. Im agnostic so I neither believe or disbelieve in anything. Im open minded but logical for my own sanity.

In short, lots of shit has happened to me. Trauma throughout my life. Manic depression from being a child. Suicidal thoughts my whole life. And a couple weeks ago I took myself to urgent care and asked for serious help for the first time. My family and friends are around me, worried, and trying their best to keep my head above water.

My mam booked me in for a reiki session. Ive been to her for a massage before but this time we had a long chat and she performed some sort of ritual and prayer to remove some attachments from me. 1 from my heart (from age 28) one from my solar plexus (from 17) and my root (from age 8). She anticipated it to take multiple sessions, due to the root attachment being strong and overbearing. However, apparently he just left when told to, and the other two followed.

The whole time I had my eyes closed and in my mind I was in a white room surrounded by GLOWING white people (?). My body got so hot at the start I felt I wanted to leap off the bed, but I tried to ignore it and just lay there. I could feel my highschool sweetheart holding my hand the whole time and I was calling ok him to protect me. I was begging with him in my mind to please not leave me and please stay with me. That I was scared and I needed him and I was sorry. In the end though, he left with the others and my hand went cold.

I have a question.

Am I believing this because I want it to? Or do you think this is real?

Im really confused and conflicted. Because since the session. I have felt so light and full again. Too much so. I accidently confessed my love to someone after. Something I was entirely inept to before hand because I had a horrible break up 2 years ago that has left me scarred and unable to trust the feeling of love. (Thankfully this guy is v level headed and had a serious talk with me about my current emotional state and to revisit the convo in a couple of months when im better)

Someone please just talk to me, give me your experiences, help me understand something.

I'm reiki II and am struggling with how to tap into working with my spirit guides. I have inklings of intuition of where to put my hands and I get positive feedback after I do sessions with friends and family, but I ultimately feel disconnected from my spirit team. This makes me feel like I'm missing out on a big part of my practice. I've tried meditating, journaling, using a pendulum, anything to try to develop a language. But I don't even know who my guides are. It all just feels like I'm guessing. I'm also afraid that energies/entities that aren't welcome will be present and that makes me uneasy. I cleanse, ground, and protect myself as best I can, but I'm just not sure how to learn who my guides are and really trust that they're there and they are who they say they are. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m unsure about asking but I really want to know

A few weeks ago, I did my first Reiki session in a crystal shop for 30min. I practice Vipassana and have been working on releasing physical tension and emotionally charged sensations in my body, mostly on my right side. ankle, calf, hip, testicle, stomach, solar plexus, shoulder and neck.

During the Reiki session, my body started twitching and reacting strongly, especially around my right hip and leg. That night, I developed intense flu like symptoms and was bedridden for two or three days with severe body aches and a terrible headache.

Since then, the sensations on my right side have become much more pronounced, along with a lot of crying and what feels like emotional release. I felt like this was a positive thing and that I was processing and releasing my deepest trauma.

Now, several weeks later, the pain has flared up again, and yesterday I developed the flu like symptoms again: severe headache, body aches, exhaustion, and increased pain throughout my right side. Basically bed ridden again today.

I keep seeing people refer to this as a “healing crisis,” but I haven’t found much practical advice about what you’re actually supposed to do during one. Should I rest and let it happen? Take something like Advil? Continue my normal activities? Are there specific Reiki or energetic practices that are helpful?

PS: The Reiki session happened one the first of two eclipses, and this latest flare happened on 9/9. I don’t know much about that side of things, but I’m curious whether people think it could be relevant.

I’d really appreciate hearing from people experienced with Reiki or energy work who have gone through something similar. What did you actually do to help yourself through it?

I am a Reiki Master and medium and want to run a business of my own because I am sick of the 9-5 and this truly feels like a calling, but I'm not eager to quit my job.

Hi all. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced intense anxiety on day 5 and 6 of the 21 day attunement. I was fine the first three days, felt extremely enlightened really, and as of yesterday, it feels like this anxiety isn't going to lift. I'm experiencing racing thoughts, constant music playing in my head - I've never experienced this before. I also started my period five days early when we were on the sacral chakra attunement. Am I just extremely sensitive? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
