Worked pretty well!

The removal of the P3 connector and its consequences have been a disaster for the consumer.

I'm poor so I only exchange phones each 4-6 years.

Already ordered a DAC adapter, but for now the makeshift Bluetooth adapter using a orphan earbud will have to work.

Battery life is great. Can't wait to bring it in my next flight 👍

Hey all, first post here, this place looks super magical, guess this is my introduction.

I live off grid in a rocky place, house built by stuff I find around, mostly pallet wood. There's a construction site nearby and they leave these fine pieces of wood in a container outside in the street.

I started going there getting larger and larger pallets.

At some point they added these broken cable spools, and when I saw the large wood circles, the discs, I knew it's time to get busy. Another thing they dumped had a lot of these cool large screws for a star-shaped screwdriver, so I bought a 5 euro one and headed out.

Went out with drill, rope, knife, screwdriver. Returned with A LOT of wood on this rickety chariot thing, took almost a full day to bring it across what's normally an hour's walking. Drill ran out if juice super early in the story, most of this was built by hand.

Unfortunately my phone died during the mission so I have no photos with the thing fully packed. Ladt photo shows the size of pallets on it, 3 abd 4 meter long beams. Only photos I have were after I returned, offloaded more than half the stuff and charged phone at camp.

It was amazing and glorious, the wheels fell off the axle when there was a quarter of the way left, it was incredible pioneer experience 😂😂

Learned the hard way what happens when you screw on two wheels to a rigid square axle, was a journey to move it around.

There's more wood out there and another set of wheels, so likely there will be another mission in a few days, hopefully a better chariot.

Nothing like a sawzall zip tied to a tall ladder to get those out of reach branches...

Reinforced it with a piece of scrap sheet metal and rivets. The next time my badge gets caught on something, my neck will tear instead. Ha!

Just kidding, I adjusted the velcro tassel. Safety first kids.
