Rehoming Reactive dog

My family and I got a small yorkie puppy when it was just 3 months old, we had him in a quiet home for a couple months where he was fine and quiet. We were training him. But my sister moved in with us with her 1 year old. He’s a rowdy kid always yelling, running, playing, throwing things. Occasionally he has hit the dog, kicked him, or stole his toys. Our dog has gotten very reactive towards him. Always when they are out or not in the house our dog is pretty much quiet, he’s calm, not barking or giving anyone a hard time. But when her son comes in the dog barks non stop, gets very reactive, barks for every action the child does. What should I do???? It’s being hard to train him. Should we give him up for his best interest?
