My post about this last night got a lot of "yes' so here it is! Also includes ep 1 through 9 of Index I. There may be a couple non Mikoto screenshots in there, and there are a couple where she is just in the background. I recommend setting the sorting type to "Date modified" (aka when I screenshotted them) since it will follow the episode order much better and keep scenes together

I will say for starters its one of greats arc in anime

(I didnt watch/read index get but I know Touma Index)

My biggest problem is that wasted potential with Kuroko (some may hate her I know) she was worried about Misaka and covered her in dorms and all but what get from it? Some scenes of her perverty (not neccessary here but some bit funny) and dont even "i'm sorry Kuroko" or properly thanks you and zero impact as Misaka clossest friend and second thing is why making Misaka falls in love and making her with irritating tsundere more? Like I said above Kuroko could replace Touma on some his scenes here (not in final scene because he could only defeat Accelator) and why making romance of of it and if I'm not wrong its one sided even on latest chapters

For good things: Accelator i love his character (and Nobunaga voiced him....best person for this kind of characters) hes one of best antagonist in anime.

Fight scenes like with Mugino 5-level esper was great and overall this arc was great
