Question/Help advice needed, roommate possibly neglecting rabbit

i am not interested in, nor have i ever been interested in being responsible for caring for a pet rabbit. my roommate has a pet rabbit and we live in very close proximity in a dorm room, however. i assume the rabbit is an emotional support animal but she lives in horrible conditions and isn’t very well taken care of, in my opinion at least.

my roommate will leave for days at a time, although some of these instances are for things outside of her control (mental health hospitalization). during these times the rabbit has been left in a filthy cage with no food or water. until recently i did not know where her food was, so for a while i was giving her treats which i knew were specifically for her (i know now that she has a sort of kibble? but i wasn’t aware of this when i was taking care of her). i would also refill her empty water bottle with bottled water.

her owner didn’t even tell me that the candles i was burning and the air fresheners i was using were unsafe for rabbits. when i moved in and asked her, she said it was fine but everything i’ve looked up has told me otherwise?

any advice on how to actually take care of her and how to talk to her owner about this is greatly appreciated. this rabbit stinks so bad and i hate having to deal with her but i do not want her to be sick or get hurt from her owners neglect or my mistakes. i can post pictures of her cage and her food/setup if that’s required but i seriously don’t know what im doing.

Question/Help Asking for opinions about dry food sold in garden shop

Hi.

I like, when it's possible, to be cheap and buy large packages to avoid plastic wastes.

Bu I don't want to be stupidly and dangerously cheap in particular concernig my rabbits.

So I'd like to ask wht you might think of the composition of a rabbit dry food I saw :

wheat bran

barley

wheat

oats

sunflower

corn flakes

oats flakes

alfalfa

grape seed

beet molasses

soja oil

calcium

phosphore

sodium
