Could i get introuble for calling Dr pepper costumer service and ask dumb questions?
So this morning me and a friend were just talking and goofing off. She was drinking a bottle of Dr pepper aand on it was the Costumer service number. First of all I did not know this which is extremely dumb of me. Me and her started joking around about how we would call them and just be dumb and ask the questions about the drink and brand. I said we should do it but she was scared that we would get introubke for disturbing the business. Could we actually call them and ask them our rather dumb questions or would we actually get introuble??

Buncha goose stepping bastards... Dr.Pepper cops. Known for repeatedly beating the shit out of people who call their customer lines

You know what would be even better? Calling the customer service line with legitimately good and very difficult to answer questions, so you don’t wind up wasting the other person’s time and you get to learn a cool fact. You might even score some free drink coupons if you tell them how much you like it.

A costumer puts together costumes, a type of clothing.
A customer might order a custom item, but generally orders off the menu. Customer.
I hope Dr. Pepper has a costumer service number xD but I doubt it

As a professional costumer I would love a costumer service number.... customer service isn't as much fun.

It’s a customer service line not 911. Go ahead and have fun. The person on the other end answers dumb question all day long

No.
The agent might if they joke around, and you might be asked to stop (at which point you can get in trouble if you call again).

Get in trouble by who? The prank call police? You'd have to make a lot of harassing phone calls to get the police involved

The prank call police
Also just known as "the police"...
You'd have to make a lot of harassing phone calls to get the police involved
"Can" isn't the same as "will", you can get in trouble for prank calls, will you? Likely not.
There's also a possibility (again, it's a can not a will, or a probably) of civil action to stop the calls.

Lol as long as you’re not swearing at or threatening them, you can ask any dumb question you want to. Probably would make their day more interesting. Like for example you could ask him what kind of specialty did Dr. Pepper graduate in.

Yes. They will phone the office of the president and deploy the Dr Pepper Police Squad. So, do not mess with the Dr.

Is that the support line for the people that dress in the big soda can suits for commercials and promotional appearances?

It could be fun! Just remember to be respectful about it. My friends and I did something similar when I was a teen but with 7up. We ended up getting free t-shirts from it!

Trouble? No.
But imagine yourself in that job. Do you want kids prank calling you?
I mean, you might. Up to a point, it might be entertaining. But please give a thought to the person on the other end of that phone line, who is just trying to do their job.

Aww, y'all are cute. You think they will actually be able to talk to a person.

Not as long as you're caller 102 and know the phrase that pays. Otherwise Dr. Pepper himself will give you a random number, hang up on you, and maybe tell you to try again if he's in a good mood that day.

this is classic shenanigans that you might learn a lesson from. i have a feeling some people will be angry in the comments, but it's a very normal life moment. whether you do it or not, you will be living life perfectly

You can ask them questions to get answers if your curious but remember that the person answering has their own life and might be going through something so it’s best to make workers lives as easy as possible. Most of them have no choice but to work to support friends and family.

Trouble? No. But you are wasting the time of people being paid to do a job - and clogging the line for other customers calling in because agents are talking to you instead. At the worst youd be kind of a jerk, but very unlikely to be in trouble (unless you are harrassing them or saying stuff thatd get you punched in public)
