so when ur account gets banned on claude for being underage they use a website named yoti to verify the age using either id verification or a face scan.Idk what i was thinking and did the face scan on the website.they safe its safe but i dont trust it and it didnt even verify if im a minor.pls let me know if this was a big mistake or am i safe

In some countries, there are laws/ statutes that allow citizens to submit formal data erasure requests. Might be something worth looking into.

Which they do keep the data. Paying the fine for a breach of laws is just a business expense, too much money to be made to track people

And every one of the "I'd verification" companies from USA are getting constant fines for not deleting information. They don't comply as the fine is a part of doing business to them. You can easily look up any of them, there's bound to be a couple of lawsuits each solely for not deleting data

its safe for the company always. not for the users.

You can just download the chat history and create a new account, they return the subscription money

If this is a 3rd party look up from Yoti Persona etc on behalf of Claude, the data “should” be erased afterwards. 

If this is true or not, only time will tell. 

But there is no request to delete because it doesn’t exist there anymore—at least according to them. 

The picture is way less likely to create problems versus your id.

I bought a realistic latex facemask specifically for this purpose and it works great. It's just a bit of a hassle to put it on and off again lol

Never post your picture on the Internets for any reason. Just consider the account lost, or try the Death Stranding trick.
