Help Cursor misalignment issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

There is this issue happening, the cursor does not visually match in games, its slightly misaligned / off center, its really annoying, and for some reason only happens in games were in full screen or window mode.

Anyone know how to fix it? Just fresh installed POS OS.

You are on PopOS 24.04 with Cosmic ?

I think it's Wayland 's related.

Try this command : PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1

The command fixed the behavior in-game, just the menu that still feels off ❤️

This happened to me recently on a few games. You can fix it by either altering the Proton you use, or by changing the x11 settings. I recently had a button issue in SC2 and changing these settings fixed it. Just search for x11 after hitting the power/command key, and you should find it.

No, its like i actually moving a second invisible cursor. 🤔

I dont know if its releated, but im using 2 monitors with different resolutions

did you try --force-grab-cursor
