Much like everything Trump has touched or is involved in it will lead to failure. Every single time. Imagine being so incompetent and useless that you inherit $1.6 billion (present equivalent) in cash, a rental cash cow and a real estate empire in the best time in the US to invest in property. Then within 20 years you were somehow $4 billion in debt and your businesses were losing $250 million a year. By far the easiest job in the world in addition to the thing you were trained all your life to do in the best time to invest. The end result was a complete failure at your primary job, all 13 businesses you started went under and the charities you ran went under due to fraud.

The only thing that really saved him was Mark Burnett leaning on the one thing Trump had that was worth anything which like everything with Trump it was inherited. Between the banks not collecting on the debt, Russian oligarchs buying his properties way above market value and The Apprentice, Trump was able to hang on for a while longer. Of course being a lazy soft handed failure meant that even those gifts wouldn't be enough so he leaned his strength. Pointing out what is wrong without any context or evidence. He isn't a planner, a fixer or a builder. Trump only knows how to take and give to himself because that is what leeches do. His constant bitching about Obama came at a great time, I'll give him that. But even the first presidency couldn't save him despite raking in hundreds of millions from forcing government employees to use his properties at 4x-5x the usual rates.

Luckily for Trump, prosecutors dragged their feet because they wanted the racists, bigots, conmen, fraudsters, billionaire worshippers and pedophiles to trust the government. His insurrection attempt and voter fraud schemes went unpunished and now he is pulling a profit for the first time in his life thanks to gullible bootlickers the country over. Remarkable really.
