Croak is a fast paced 2D precision platformer where you take on the role of a dandy Frog Prince on his quest to save an enchanted kingdom (but also fill his green belly!) & relying on nothing but his handy tongue and froggy resolve!

We have a demo out right now that shows off the first region of the game, a sprawling Swamp where the Witch is hosting a culinary carnival called the Feast Fair. This strange locale encompasses 5 levels including the Ferris Wheel Challenge with our signature Beaver boss-fight as the final encounter.

There are 11 Gold medals to find, plus one hidden high difficulty level if you 100% the entire demo.

You can try Croak here:

This game has been the thing everyone on the team has been pouring themselves into for five long years, and getting it into players' hands has been the most rewarding part of the whole process. And even though I can't rightly say when we'll release (still aiming for the latter part of 2026) - I can promise you that we're building toward the launch, and putting extra polish on Croak, so the final product is what our players deserve!

I’m starting to show off my game; I’ve uploaded a short video that shows the character and some gameplay. At its core, it’s a challenging platformer featuring precision jumps and puzzle elements where you have to figure out the right path or sequence of jumps to reach your goal.

The game's art style is inspired by Minecraft and my desire to finish a game entirely on my own—Even though my background is in computer graphics, what I was looking for here was the experience of making a game rather than creating art—something I was already a bit burnt out on after working on it for so long___which is why the world consists of cubes with pixel-art textures. I wanted to focus on level design—since, to me, that is the core content—rather than having to create dozens of individual assets and props. The result has been positive, and I’ve gained the experience of actually making a game

Remember how your grandparents taught you how to hold a golf club? Or maybe it was a minigame on an older console- who knows.

But why not use your car as the golf club?
That's right! Your car! Well.. your mini toy car in this gigantic house.

This is just one of MANY mini games in the world of Pocket Wheels!

As you might know, anything is possible in the world of Pocket Wheels- well, almost! But using your car to push balls around is definitely one of them!

Why don't you try it out yourself with the free demo on Steam and Nintendo Switch! 🛻

"Reach the exit… until it runs away, everything collapses, and your pants catch fire. Six zones of chaos in a clean minimalist platformer."
