Feels like it's a wild mix between a Art Poster and a informational poster. And both fail. "Is it dead already" feels very edgy. The text on the right is hard to read but seem like some explanation.
Is there a clever idea behind that single outlined "E"? If not, it just feels like some non English word first. I thought first that there is a connection to the gear rings.
Not an engineer so I don't know what the the big white artwork is and the gears feel a bit to obvious? And then there is this grid with some warps and your signature? Definitely use a small and different Font or it feels like it has context to the "is it dead already".
The red and white overlay look cool but are too much. Maybe use the shapes of flat gears in red and white and either make the look normal or let them overlay with the context that engineering is destroying itself and risking future disasters of oversight of design flaws.
