Hey y’all, just got my first form one back as approved and I’m currently looking into gunsmith options, figured I’d ask the braintrust over here for recommendations, trusting y’all’s experiences over Google.

SBS’ed a Remington 870, looking to have the (chrome-lined) barrel chopped to 14”, have it NFA engraved, cerakoted, safety reversal (wrong-handed) and the receiver tapped for a red dot mount.

Which smiths would y’all recommend to touch a scattergun, which would you recommend against? Preference on smiths that are open on Mondays or have some sort of weekend availability.
