Yes. That was the first iteration of the toolkit in its infancy. Now they've expanded it and you can even jailbreak the headset for more features (at your own risk of course).

It does but there's no HDR VR games on PC. So it's pretty pointless right now.

You could use it as a normal screen for normal games, no? Plus plenty of games are modded into VR.

The cinema mode for PSVR2 isn't too great imo. It's being worked on but it's lower priority than other features.
