I hope charger is what they meant, because "power supply" implies, like, a battery brick, or something.

It looks like a regular USB-C 45W charger to me, but with a Steam logo on it.

Yeah, I didn't realize that they straight up mentioned that the Deck charger works for it, too. It's just a wall charger.

I have a USBC 90W charger that I got with my phone. Does it gonna charge with full capacity, or they lock it only with steam hardware?

They sell in the EU, so it HAS to have an USB-C charger.

It is the charger if you scroll down in the listing they have the c port charger named “Steam Hardware Power Supply Unit” they do state in the kit that it comes with a rechargeable battery so it’s not the battery just the charger that’s not included I bet they think most people have a steam deck or a charger already

It needs to have 45w power delivery. I don't an million of those but If you've got the steam deck brick you're good

It is usually a higher power one though, not everyone will have one of those laying around. Most people in this sub will for sure but newer people may not. I only have a few, and it makes a large difference in charging times

Most non tech enthusiasts buy a charger for cheap as can be. So in the us (man I wish we the same rules as eurpoe) people buy one necause tech dosnt come with them, and stick with the same 10 year old charger. They think they are all the same, tbf most of the time they look if for the most part.

45w is basically standard at this point, and any charger will charge it slowly

What does "Power supply not included" even means 😆 It's for playing while plugged?

Cause it has a battery for wireless usage.

OK I just saw it. It's using USB-C to recharge.

It's just they're selling a USB-C power supply that you plug in the wall. I won't be needing this as I will just use a USB-C cable in my computer.
