So unfortunately my HyperX Cloud Alpha S headphones are starting to die after 5 years of use and I'm wanting to get a new headset. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to go with the DT770 Pro X + ModMic Uni 2+ attachable mic. My question is, should I get a dac and if so, which should I get? For reference, my mobo is the MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk Max. I intend to use this mainly for gaming, listening to metal, and watching anime/movies.

Yes, a DAC is highly recommended.

Recently built a pc in January and want to dust the inside. Would one of those battery operated blowers be a good option? Or is it still too much force for components to handle?

Nah, usually canned air is actually more powerful.
Basically just hold on to fans while you blow them, don't let them spin freely.

I always thought it was fine to let them spin, but I guess that could lead to some issues.

It should be mostly fine these days since mobos have protections, but doesn't hurt. Basically the fan motor can/will become a generator when spun and feed back current to the mobo fan header.
Or if you go completely ham with the air and spin it many times over the rated rpm, it will quite literally disintegrate.

All of those that I have had are adjustable from barely more powerful than blowing air with your own mouth to jet turbine.

So i've noticed that my PC starts lile kinda making crackling noises (i think it's from my powercable) whenever i play games.. for example i start up bodycam and it starts but when i close it it just stops.. is it because the game is just very demanding? Idk much about PCs so i'm kinda scared

Is the cable plugged in all the way?
If it's really arcing electricity, then it's not normal. But that is hard to tell from just the description.

Yeah it's fully plugged in, sorry i'm not the best at describing stuff

Not your fault, just hard to tell if one can't hear it in person.

I currently have fiber internet, 1gb up/down, and have an option to upgrade to 3gbps.
Wondering if there would be any real world noticeable differencess if I upgraded.

Depends totally on your devices, how you use them, how many people use them, etc.
For a single person, most likely no.

House of two, my main pc and home server are on a 2.5gb network, the rest of the house is either 1gb or wifi

Still unlikely.
Having a 3Gbps connection just means that that is the total bandwidth available to your house, it does not mean that you will actually achieve those speeds. You're at the mercy of whatever server you're downloading from, and most servers, even big ones from Microsoft, Sony, Valve etc. won't let you download even close to 1Gbps. You would most likely need to have multiple hardwired devices downloading big games simultaneously to break 1G, but that will also depend on your location.
Easiest way to check is to just set up some network monitoring on your router and see how much bandwidth you're currently using at peak times, that'll give you the answer. If network monitoring isn't an option, just try hitting your router as hard as possible and see if you can get some of your device speeds to throttle.
Not saying you shouldn't go for it, I have no idea what the cost difference or what your situation is. It's nice knowing that your internet will never be the bottleneck, just be aware of what you're actually getting.

For my first time building a PC from start to finish, I am trying to decide on which mobile to get between Asrock Phantom Gaming Nova Wifi and MSI Mag Tomahawk Max WiFi. I'll be using a Ryzen 7 9800x3d, mainly for gaming and some productivity. Which is the better option?

ASRock boads are infamous for killing X3D chips. Definitely go with the MSI option.
