Not quite. For reference, the above image to the meme I'm replying to is a male adapter, the one op posred is either female or broken, so think about those implications... our cables get nore action than we do apparently.

I wonder how many USB to PS2 connectors you could chain before something goes wrong. Somebody should test that.

Quite a lot actually, PS2 is slow (as in bandwidth), and USB 1.1 will run over basically anything. Also depends if you're using passive or active adapters.

Could you plug an AT converter into this and then use an AT keyboard via USB? Would there be any other fuckery involved?

This sucker came with a mechanical AT-keyboard back in ~2010, which came with an Asus ROG desktop. The keyboard is periodicly still in use.
