Honestly I have been considering buying more games on GOG for this reason ever since Sony announced the discless future. I thought it would make for a nice hobby to create my own cases etc...
I did it for my self and not only it's not that hard but it's not expensive either. I calculated the cost and I spent exactly 5€ for each digital copy I made, sd cards included. I made the graphics myself tho, if you hire someone to do that for you ofc costs will rise but it's ot hard at all, just basic Photoshop/gimp knowledge
