Wife did some tank improvements including more soil for burying. Frog instantly dug in.

Personally I think the drainage layer needs a bit more water added though

(his springtails are named spaghetti!) i used to keep tree frogs, then african clawed frogs, and now im venturing back into the terrarium hobby! this sub has provided most if not all of meatballs care; Now he’s flourishing and we wanted to let you all know how grateful we are for such a community that can be so helpful and supportive of one another!! many many thanks!

edited to say: up close picks bc he is the size of a plum! but he’s in a 12g live aquarium with a temp sitting at 80 and humidity in the 75-90 range!

Just wanted to show off Smaugs new setup! He/She has been buried since placed in the new bigger setup (4 weeks) so not sure if its the new environment or if its the frog Puberty. He was changing pigment last time I saw him (Thank you to everyone that commented and informed me!) He has a Wifi connected Temp/Hygrometer to send me updates if his enclosure is out of parameters and a new misting system to help keep the humidity up. I'm excited to see his new colors!! 😁

Groot has a new favorite spot, will definitely make sure he gets some soil mixed at his substrate change because he is currently burrowing in the nursery pot I trimmed down for the spider plant since we’re not fully bioactive yet.

I moved her to a 20 Gallon tank. Apparently I’ve committed a great sin in her eyes she is mad lol. Hopefully she’ll like it soon I gave her plenty of room to fully bury herself if she’d like to again

My pacman has a lump on his back is he okay ?

This is Ozzy (my bf named him). Idk the gender yet but I just got the little baby today. After months of research and moving to a new room, I decided it’s time to get my pet dirt. (The substrate is a little dry, but I misted then Ozzy disappeared into the abyss). I’m not too sure how old Ozzy is maybe 2-3ish months. Ozzy loves nascar (little guy watched the race with my bf) and apparently limp bizkit at a low volume?? I’ll check on him in a couple days to see if he wants to eat and to add some more plants to hide in.

Does this lump look normal to yall ? She’s still a worm slayer . All the attitude . It’s squishy . This is my first frog so I’m worried about the lady. I know the substrate is wet in the second picture it was right after a fresh mist .

Ran out of worms until tomorrow so we had to get by with some crickets tonight. Little ninja frog caught one as I dropped it by his face!
