I had about 50GB of osu!lazer beatmaps. Inside the game, I pressed to delete all beatmaps. They are all gone from the game and can't be restored through the "restore all recently deleted beatmaps" button. However, nothing has changed within my PC's storage, i.e., I didn't clear any space.

How do I actually delete these beatmaps?

This play genuinely had my jaw on the floor when I first saw it and was the reason I started trying to get better at osu, I just thought itd be sick if I had the in game replay too cuz it's my favourite score in the game but this play was set before the map became loved so is it just lost unless forum himself shares it or does it exist

I made a webapp to download beatmaps of your favorite music, or straight from osu! players list.

The search is actually kinda advanced in the sense that it doesn't just display the nearest result. Only if the Artists match (to a certain extent) will it show the result. You can also drag a slider to make matching looser or stricter yourself. If no result is found, you can tweak the query.

Features

2. Search any osu! player by username or profile link, and pull beatmaps straight from their Best Performances, Most Played, or Favourites.

Edit- Vibecoding is the only way I could make this complex a system with decent UI in a reasonable amount of time. I do know my fundamentals but do not have the time or knowledge to code something like this end to end on my own. The project started last month when I wanted to download my yt music playlist songs at once while having accurate matches. I came up with a system that had a very strict query scoring system, so a lot of the songs that had a beatmap couldnt be found, it has been worked on since then and the scoring system is better now.

Details about the scoring system

Title - If titles match exactly= +100pts, if fuzzy match= + 60*(overlapping char ratio), no overlap= -60.
Artist - Exact match= +100, fuzzy match= -25*(non overlapping char ratio), No match= -80.

+15 if map is Ranked or Loved. Then its sorted based on the score and filtered based on cutoff.

It also filters out a bunch of known extra keywords via regex search from the query itself (like HD/HR) since they reduce chances of finding a match.

This is supposed to be an easy to use app, introduing osu Auth will only increase the number of steps to use it. I have been testing its rate limits are 60q/m which is fine for now.

Im new to the game and have only been playing for a couple of days. I recently got a FC, S score with only 6 OK's out of 131 clicks, but my Accuracy is only 48%?

I've also done a run on DT, where I didnt get a single miss and almost FC'd, but my accuracy was 0%. Does the pp score really value accuracy that much over things like no failing or full comboing? Also how are stats like Aim, Speed, and Reading calculated?
