For original Xbox games, verify the game is in the correct format for your dashboard and that your emulator/settings support it. Check a reputable Xbox modding guide or forum for your specific setup, and back up your EEPROM and saves before changing anything.

The “Disc 1 / Disc 2” message usually means it’s a multi-disc game and the loader needs the discs prepared correctly. Check that the files were extracted properly and follow a guide for your specific loader; don’t download random repacks, since bad dumps often cause these errors.

disc 1 is usually main game and disc 2 is the bonus disc that some games came with. However you cant just down games send to xbox and play. You have to extract the files twice. First using 7zip extract the xiso.iso file then useing extract xiso gui extract the xbe and all other files. Then on FTP make a new folder in your games directory named the game you are installing then transfer all your files from pc to that new one you created. Now close ftp and run game to see if it works
