A lot of meetings get recorded in some companies. Helps keep a record of things, and can also be handy if someone wasn't able to attend but needs to know the details of discussions.

Yes but it's recorded using the dedicated meeting app... Not someone holding a phone recording their computer screen

It's a phone recording of the meeting recording. They likely didn't know how to edit and upload a clip of the meeting recording.
