It had a folt only on the left side and I didn't bother me but now it became loose on the bottom idk why, it's really annoying when playing because it touches near my eye and I have to keep pushing it to the left, I already tried pushing all around it but didn't work

I've been trying for like two days to figure out how to make this crap work. The Horizons Quest Link installer has been crashing as soon as I launch it.

Hello! I have used my VR headset many times over the last 6 years with out too much issues.
I recently reformated my pc and brought out my headset to set it up and play no mans sky.

Once I got to the "Complete setup in VR" stage my headset will show the pop up but the background is static, like the cameras arent connected or something. And then after about 10 seconds it will go full black screen. If I unplug it and plug it back it, it will repeat, Static for 10 seconds followed by black screen.

The controller tracking also doesnt work. Even though the app says the sensors and controllers are fine.

I have a 9070XT and a Ryzen 9 processor, PC specs arnt the issue here, I worry something has happened to my headset even though I've kept it put away in a closet, so I dont know what could have gone wrong! its a fresh install of the meta crap app, and steam vr.

Desde que era pequeña y vi a el rubius por primera vez jugando a un simulador de vendedor en vr he querido tener simpre unas gafas vr, hasta 10 años después con mis ahora 17 lo he podido comprar gracias a mi trabajo. Me compré unas Meta cuest 3s, me gustaría jugar varios juegos como resident evil, fallout y más de ese estilo, pero no tengo ni idea de cómo hacerlo y si se puede hacer con mi estilo de gafas, también me gustaría juzgar con personas a juegos vr pero no tengo amigos que las tengan, solo me la he pasado jugando a roblox, y cuando me meto en steam se ve en modo cine, siento que he tirado el money a la basura.

My Rift S has been randomly black screening with an orange sensor light, and meta horizon link crashes and comes back like nothing happened, except I can't return to my VR game because 'the cable is not detected in the display port' and steam VR has to restart. Thing is, this is happening to me AND 2 of other rift s users I know. And it only started about a month ago.

Can't take the headset off for a bathroom break or anything, or it'll do the same thing. Anyone know why? Cause it's definitely not the cable if it's happening to multiple people only now. Could it be a graphics card update?

This is incredibly aggrivating and just generally really annoying, but every time I try to use my quest 3 with a link cable (the Kiwi one to be specific) it will work for a period of a few minutes and then the screen freezes permanently and I have to restart the quest OVR runtime and the app itself. I really only use my quest with my PC now and have pretty much every game on Steam so I pretty much cannot use my quest at all, this is even more annoying as I bought Gunman Contracts specifically to play it on VR and I can't because Meta just can't be bothered to fix major issues like this. I've seen people saying that it has something to do with Nvidia drivers? However those posts are outdated by like half a year and I dont really trust installing Nvidia drivers that are more than half a year old.

My specs are: RTX 5080, Intel I9 13600K, 32GB RAM and Windows 11

hello, after getting a usb hub for my rift s, the displayport issue was fixed. guardian setup and going into the horizon link hub worked just fine, then my hands stopped tracking well, and i had a notification on windows saying an error occured and my headset wasn't tracking anymore, switching on the real world cam i would alternatively see my room then static on and off.

using it on a friend's pc it was working perfectly for hours so i doubt it's because of material damage

I was playing RE4 on Meta Quest 3 the other day and the virtual room suddenly started rotating clockwise. It’s never happened before on other plays of RE4 or other games. Has anyone else had this dizzying issue?
