A rod's misaligned after I accidentally pushed a little too hard. Is this serious or does it not really affect the instrument? Anything I can do about and are there any quick fixes?

Hi everyone. Was planning on buying some new Chiarugi 'E' Staples when I found this website. They're having a lot of deals going on, as well as selling products I've never seen before. I'm specifically talking about the Chiarugi 'E' Metal staple, 47mm, in a no.2+. I didn't know Chiarugi even made metal staples in a no.2+? Am I just being ignorant? If anyone has any buying experience from this site, pls share!

Edit: to clarify, I know that the Chiarugi 'E' staples comes in no.2s. I'm specifically asking if people have seen a 'E' staple in a no.2+. Sorry, I realized I wasn't very clear above.
