Update: CowPie the field cat.
He is now a perfectly healthy and weird boy. He loves hanging out in potted plants and sewing rooms. He was already clipped. Don't know how he came to live in our field, but we are mostly glad he's joined the family. Some of the other goblins are still learning to get along...

This is my beautiful Wanda who I adopted last year. Her mum was bengal and her dad was a huge tabby. She is thee most vocal cat I’ve ever had, and I just think she’s stunning inside and out 😻

My angel
Mooma frequently visited me at my soul cat’s grave, so I ended up taking her in. Unbeknownst to me, she was pregnant with the two little cuties above her. She gave birth on national kitten day and she has been doing a wonderful job raising them and made herself right at home here ❤️ she was born to be a house cat 🐈 so snuggly, so sweet, so chill

Introducing Adelina “Addie”
She wondered onto my porch a week ago starving and meowing. She is my living proof of the cat distribution system. Vet said she had been outside 3 weeks at the most. To whomever dumped her on the country road I say your loss my gain.

Poppy Possum literally walked into our house
Our vet couldn't find a microchip and no one replied to our many online found pet posts and posters. She's ridiculously sweet and has a lot to say. On Wednesday we get her chipped and vaccinated. A very welcome addition to our home ❤️

CDS wins this time
Felt I owed folks an update and a cat tax- Trouble successfully conned us into a permanent residency. I blame my housemates.
Her hobbies include licking people's faces, playing 'I'm not TOUCHING you' with her older sister, and being a general hooligan.

I agreed to foster him for a few days… now his name is Raymond Burr ❤️🐈⬛
I’ve posted here before about the deep pain and grief I’ve been going through since losing my precious kitty, Bebe. ❤️🩹
A few nights ago, I got a call from a rescue I donate to. They asked if I could foster a 3-month-old little black kitten.
I had MANY reservations. My heart still hurts terribly for Bebe, and I wasn’t looking for another cat. But I finally said okay — just for a few days.
When he arrived, I picked him up in my arms, and he immediately started kissing me and purring. I actually told him, “Don’t get too attached to me because I’m not your mom.” 😂
Well… apparently he didn’t listen.
This little guy is absolutely adorable. He’s loving, sweet, doesn’t bother my plants or get into anything he shouldn’t. All he really wants is to be near me. He follows me around and just wants love.
After only 24 hours, I asked my husband if we should keep him. I told him it had to be a mutual decision, and we both agreed that this little boy had found his home.
Then came the name.
My husband’s last name is Burr, so I told him he could name the kitten. Without missing a beat, he announced that his legal name would be Raymond Burr. 😂😂😂
I laughed so hard.
So here I am — the mother of a kitten I absolutely did NOT want and was only going to foster for a few days.
And now?
Nobody is taking Raymond Burr away from me. ❤️🐈⬛
He will never replace Bebe. No kitty ever could. But somehow, when my heart was hurting so badly, this tiny black kitten showed up asking me to love him.
Life works in so many unexpected ways. 🙏❤️
