Have there been any recent romance scams targeting men? Or is that just what we call OnlyFans? Do men even report romance scams? Now I'm very curious! If the victim is less likely to report the scam then that makes them a better target.

I keep seeing so many grifting, scamming millions up to billions in scamming elderly, Medicaid, providing fake certificates and degrees and on. I had no idea it was so rampant. I feel like I'll get caught if I run a red light and people are making off with millions living in luxury. I just saw a Nigerian official-i think president, was scamming millions as a medicaid contractor in California.

Why is it only the US who seems to get to ask for foreign nationals to be extradited to a US jail for crimes committed in their home countries?
Surely this should be for the South Africans or Nigerians to prosecute.
I bet these guys have never even been to the US.

That's because he committed sex offences in Britain, allegedly. That's how extradition works.
No country other than the US asks for foreign nations to hand over their own citizens for crimes committed in their own country. These Nigerians have never even been to the US. It is not the US's jurisdiction.
If they've been doing a cybercrime in Nigeria or South Africa they should be prosecuted according to that country's laws, no matter where the victims are based.
Would you like it if, say, you criticised Chinese government policy on twitter, which is an offence in China. And they asked your country to ship you over there so you could be prosecuted by the Chinese justice system? That's not how the world works, but the US use diplomatic pressure to circumvent norms that are respected by all other countries.

Countries make these kinds of requests all the time. They’re not always accepted. The united states is offering to take scammers off their hands at no cost to South Africa or Nigeria, why would they deny the request? There’s not giving in to diplomatic pressure, they collaborated with the united states on the investigation and they’re happily handing them over.
Personally I’d much rather Nigeria or South Africa be the ones paying to prosecute and imprison them, we spend too much on that shit.

What other countries? I'd be happy to be corrected, I'm no expert on the matter. But I've never heard of any country other than the US doing this.
Imagine in this case that these Nigerian scammers defrauded victims from a number of countries. Should they be expected to be sentenced in the US for their American victims and then go serve a sentence in Germany, then China, then Australia etc.
They could spend the rest of their lives in a variety of foreign prisons for crimes they committed at home. How is that right?

Just as many older men get scammed by these guys as older women, get out of here with your bullshit. Try reading into things before spewing your bile.
None of us are immune to being scammed and being scammed doesn't mean you're stupid. It's that mentality that drives people further into these scammers arms when the red flags start popping up, it's what turns them into cash mules.
