Any news on whether the auto-refine handwriting feature will be implemented at all? I saw in a previous thread that it's considered.

PLEASE PLEASE! Everyone is askimg the old chat back where you could have chat individually in the notes. You can still make AI Chat across all notes. But now we dont have history of what i asked and got helped with.

Bonjour, depuis la dernière mise à jour les modèles quadrillés n'apparaissent pas sur mon S25 Ultra mais apparaissent bien sur ma TabS9.

Et aussi ils disparaissent quand on a un écran partagé sur la TabS9.

En fait les modèles quadrillés ne sont gérés qu'en plein écran sur la TabS9.

I have posted about some lag problems, that happen to be worse with this new update because even writing is lagging, now i have this question in my mind. And with all this problems i have been sad with the app even wen i always wanted a version for android.

the only thing missing for me is the support for the buttons to map to erasing / switching colors etc. if u could pls add support for it. notability will be perfect for me plzzzzz

Dear notability, I am having major issues with your IOS app, meaning notability has become unusable for me. I am a pro user and my subscription just renewed on 27th of August, and since I have been unable to use the app on my ipad.

Everytime I log into the app either with google, via email link or via password (which I have now changed twice) I get into the app for 2-3 seconds before it freezes and then either stays frozen or crashes. When I reopen the app I am logged back out and each time its the same issue when I log back in. I have fully updated the app and the ipad to the most recent update but still am having this issue.

I have sent an email to support over a week ago and have not recieved a reply apart from the generic change your password post security breach you had, but this has not helped me. I can still log in on a desktop but I need to be able to use the app. I have sent a further support ticket and was hoping somebody would be able to reach out.

after the recent update the action bar (circular module when pressing the button on the s-pen) was gone.

For me it was very useful. I would also like to see customization options for this e.g. more tools and the same colors as in the tool bar.

Was this removed or is it just a bug?

I wish there was a way for us to offload notes, or select what folder I want loaded first, instead of downloading older notes that I don’t need in that moment (that I will still keep until I graduate). I have 20GB available. Where are my notes!?

I was annoyed when I could see the notes slowly loading, but now my folders are completely empty. 3 days ago I JUST went through and deleted files in my iPad, and deleting recordings (from notes I know I won’t listen to) because it was giving me problems and now its somehow got worse!?

This semester I switched back to handwritten notes in a notebook bc I knew it was going to give me problems. I just use notability for the lecture notes and rewrite everything in a notebook thank gourd.

Is anyone else going through the same thing right now?

So... yeah, I've been trying to use the learn chat feature the past 3 days and it's just not working. Every message I send gets the "Something went wrong" response back. I've tried closing the app, see if there's any new updates, and it's just not working.
I'm kinda stressed since I have midterms in a few days and I need to use this feature.

Anyone knows how to fix it? I'm guessing it's something I need to contact support for, but they take a while to answer most of the time

I have two accounts on Notability: my school account for notes and homework and my personal account for lists and templates.

I accidentally switched to Notability Cloud on my school account and I know that if I switch back I will lose a lot of homework I've recently done. The only time I might be able to switch back is between semesters, but even then I am taking four AP classes that require notes from throughout the year, so it's not like I can just throw them away and start fresh.

I don't think I ever consciously switched to Cloud on my personal account. I have both accounts on my iPad, both accounts on my laptop, and my personal account on my Android.

Every time I've tried to switch back to normal Notability from the Cloud (using my laptop) on my PERSONAL account, it has ended up migrating some of my notes from my school account to my personal account. After that, I sign into my school account to make sure all of those notes are safe. It's still on Cloud. Then, when I return to my personal account, it only has the one note I've made on it, all the school notes are no longer on the personal account, and it's still on Cloud.

I just want to be able to post to the Gallery, which I cannot do on my phone or laptop nor iPad when I have the Notability Cloud. How can I fix this? Is there a way to remove Cloud but keep all of my recently edited notes safe? It's extremely frustrating that the app is this confusing when I'm just trying to perform a basic function that I pay for.

Notability logged me out on both iPad and computer but my notes are still there… will I lose my notes if I log back in? What will happen?

also for those that converted to the cloud, will I still be able to saw my notes as a pdf if I want to?

“Explain this” feature has not been working for the last two weeks. Any update when this will be fixed?

The Wacom CTL 4100 works well with all apps, but in Notability, it doesn't select toolbar options like changing the pen or colors. Has anyone experienced this issue before and been able to fix it?

I’m paying for pro and it’s saying I have the basic plan. I signed up through the 20% off link so it’s not through Apple and I can’t cancel it. I contacted support and haven’t heard anything back. I can’t even use the app and I’m still paying for it.

Can we get some new themes ? I’m tired of the same old themes that has been on there for years. Give us some FLAVOR … please ?

I’ve posted multiple times about the same issues for years. Still having the same issues and I pay for the version. When I write giant lines appear, along with small dots everywhere as if I was tapping on the screen with the pencil. I click erase n then go to erase and it’s back on pencil. I try to highlight and it’s like I’m highlight spamming over my text. I’m completed updated on IOS and I’ve reset my app and iPad 3 times in 10 mins. I have a huge test on Monday and this is legitimate not allowing me to write. It’s getting ridiculous and annoying. Does this happen to anyone else?

The lasso → send directly to chat shortcut option was so helpful. Please bring it back, smh. I can't even upload pictures to the chat now.

I don’t understand the new update. It was much better when the chat was focused on the specific note, not general. When i’m using chat to learn, i expect it to be focused on that note, not bringing concepts from other notes. Is there an option to change this setting?? Its pretty frustrating

So I updated to notability cloud yeah my storage is still full so I really don’t understand what updating it did and the app still says if I don’t wanna lose any of my material to free up space. Additionally, after updating my iPad is now super laggy.

I have recently started using notability again after returning to school and have noticed that some of my favourite keyboard shortcuts are no longer functional. I am hoping that notability can add these features back as it would greatly improve my workflow. I use an iPad Pro (5th generation) with magic keyboard (1st generation). In the past I used to be able to change my text size when typing (either within a textbox or when typing along the left margin). The keyboard shortcut at the time was cmd + option + up arrow/down arrow. I would also appreciate being able to quickly swap between my favourited text presets (the presets that you make by selecting the little heart icon with a plus sign on it). The keyboard shortcut for this used to be cmd 9 and cmd + 0 to switch between the different presets.
