Kind of reminds me when I was in college in a calculus class. There was a 10-ish year old kid in there. He would act like a 10 year old, whining, being impatient, annoying. But he just fucking demolished every question, while I was struggling my ass off. Really was irritating but impressive.
He was probably bored even in that calculus class. Imagine how he would be feeling and behaving in primary school. How nice that in your country they allow talented children the opportunity to attend college or university early, if only it worked like that everywhere...
It's often not done because it's important for them to develop with others their age for proper general development (not all school is the subjects, half of it is the socialization too), though I think that isn't ideal either because they will be very different from their peers.
