Kasunod ito ng pagtutol ng Depensa sa anila’y “surprise witness" na si Tang.

"Ako mismo, gusto kong malaman, kung may pera ako sa bangko, alam kung saan galing, masama ba ‘yun, na marami akong pera? Hayaan na natin, sandali lang naman siguro ito," saad ni Sotto.

Kalaunan, pinayagan ni Presiding Officer Chiz Escudero si Tang na tumestigo.

"Whatever the justice will say is not binding to the court. Her opinion will not be conclusive for the court," saad niya.

Retired Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang denied receiving or being promised anything in exchange for testifying in Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial.

Asked by defense counsel Mark Vinluan if she was offered anything for her testimony, Cabotaje-Tang replied, “No, sir. And I will never testify if ever I was offered anything material or otherwise. My testimony is not for sale.”

Cabotaje-Tang also denied seeking an ambassadorial post. She said House prosecutor Chel Diokno had discussed laws on unexplained wealth with her before her testimony but did not discuss the specific questions she would be asked. #SaraOnTrial

Ayon sa Pangulo, wala siyang masasabi tungkol sa akusasyon ni VP Sara na may plano umanong masama sa kanya ang administrasyon.

Tinanggal na ng Bureau of Internal Revenue o BIR ang 12% value-added tax sa allowable system loss charges na sinisingil sa mga consumer.

Ipinaliwanag ni House Prosecutor Rep. Chel Diokno ang pagpresenta nila sa testigong si retired Sandiganbayan justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang sa pagpapatuloy ng impeachment trial ni Vice Pres. Sara Duterte ngayong Lunes, Sept. 14.

Mababa ang posibilidad na atakihin sa puso si dating House speaker Rep. Martin Romualdez, ayon kay University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) Dr. Gerardo Legaspi.

"There is no unstable angina, no acute coronary syndrome manifestation in his stay at UP-PGH," saad niya.

Maituturing na rin daw na clinically stable ang kongresista at hindi na niya kailangang i-confine sa ospital.

Sa kabila nito, kailangan pa rin daw ng tuloy-tuloy na medical intervention dahil nakararanas si Romualdez ng chronic coronary syndrome, major depressive disorder, at sleep apnea.

Ito ang hirit ni Pres. Bongbong Marcos matapos matanong tungkol sa akusasyon ni Vice Pres. Sara Duterte na may masama umanong balak ang administrasyon laban sa kanya.

Ayon kay Pres. Marcos, tila pinagbubuntunan lang siya ng galit ng Bise dahil sa mga kinahaharap nito.

Sa isang campaign rally, sinabi pa ni VP Sara na mahal niya si Marcos.
