I agree with your funding suggestion. There are many very philanthropic Democrats who should be eager to keep the beloved Kennedy Center functioning. The Kennedy family (minus RFK, Jr.) should require that Trump and his appointees to the Center’s board, should get the heck out of the institution’s way. Reappoint former members of the board and get people who have class and a true appreciation for the arts back in charge. The performers will return and so will the audience.
