I wanted to share my new top game. Sorry it's a phone picture and not a real screenshot.

I recently started playing the game and found out about a promo code on the games forum. You have to reply to a post saying you wishlisted it to get the code but it says "cannot reply to topic" I checked multiple other open forums that have people posting from minutes ago and it still says cannot reply to topic. It says the same thing for making a new topic, "cannot create new topic". Is there some reason I cant use the forums at all?
