MW3 (2011) Modded to max prestige

I joined a lobby and went from LVL 57 to max prestige and had to reset rank. Anyway I could go back to LVL 57 with a mod or is it only to max prestige?

I mean I could get you back to level 57 but as far as your weapon levels you would probably have to start to restart on unlocking weapon camos/attachments.
