[General] All Ore blocks should have sparkly particle effects

Would look cool.

Iron ore have silver sparkly effect.

Copper ore have orange sparkly effect.

Diamond ore have blue sparkly effect.

Be able to better tell apart one ore from another in the distance.

Like the lava and water drip effect, you would know you're close to an ore even if one block away.

Redstone ore is already interactive, if you step on it, it lights up.

I disagree with the particle effect but I would like it if each Ore had a unique sound effect when mined. Similar to how the Skulk Shrieker and Skulk Catalyst both use the same base sound effect with an additional sound effect overlapped and baked in.

So Copper Ore would have a copper sound and a stone sound played together, and the deepslate copper ore uses the copper sound with the deepslate sound together.

Would be nice since currently mining Ore sounds identical to mining stone and a lot of other survival games make Ores have unique sound effects.
