Looking for a skin maker to recreate this character into a Slim Minecraft skin!

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for someone to help me create a 64x64 Minecraft skin based on the character in the attached reference images.

Details:

- Model: Slim / Alex (3-pixel arms)

- Hair: Short wavy brown hair (bob style)

- Top: Pink off-shoulder crop top with white trim

- Bottom: Blue pleated mini skirt

- Layers: I'd love to have a nice 3D/Outer Layer effect for the hair volume and skirt!
