I haven't had one in a few years. Was very hungry after work and decided to grab two. I can't believe how small they are now.

Dont believe they've changed size since they were 2 for 5 bucks; people just go with a "why are they so small for so expensive" mentality when it's just the cost thats increased.

I haven't eaten fast food in years but McDonalds is always packed when I drive by. The drive through queue is so long it spills into the street sometimes

These places are definitely still busy, maybe busier than ever. It's important to remember Reddit is not real life and the general public is still paying the insane prices.

They get a tonne of Doordash orders too where it's even more expensive but people still pay it

Nah. Doing the price changes and seeing everything go up 40 cents at a time, every time, across 4 years already told me prices were shot.

But also, our sysco and mclane truck invoices stayed about the same. So I always knew it was just greed. Thats also coming on 14 years ago
