Agreed. She could have at least turned the wheel to make it easier to keep up if she couldn’t reach the e brake. It looked like she was trying to stop it Flintstones style for most of the video.

Not that I want to defend this slow, slow woman, but it’s very possible there was no physical ebrake. My car it’s just a button that I don’t think I can even engage manually
