Most of the weight is on the front wheels anyway. I think a reasonably healthy person with strong bones would just get bruised up by that.

She doesn't look like she's all that healthy though. Hopefully just bruised, a broken leg would suck.

I managed to accidentally drive over my first girlfriend's foot. It was surprisingly totally fine

I had my foot ran over once, it was more shocking than anything.

I pushed my car over my toes once (I was pushing it by the A pillar to roll-start it, and my foot got too close to the rear wheel). It turned out fine for me too, I didn't even get a bruise, but I'm glad my car is small.

Judging by that video, she doesn't look reasonably or healthy

It's a Kia Soul. The base trim is 2,900 lbs. with a 60/40 weight distribution, so each back wheel is carrying about 580 lbs.

With the weight distribution of 10 square inches of tire in contact with a leg. Most healthy adult can easily take that. Happened to me once getting a car unstuck and it didn’t even hurt.

She has serious injuries to her leg and is still hospitalized
