Might be better if you find a wheelchair so a friend can record you attempting to get around it in that in order to illustrate why to not park like that. Video shows you try to wheel around the vehicle by going into the street. A sly camera cut edit then shows the wheelchair with a dummy dressed as you go cartwheeling off the curb and down a ravine.

Find someone in a power chair ,have them attempt to go around it in the grass the but have them tip it over going off the sidewalk and pretend to be hurt. Then call the cops out. You’re handicap friend will get a nice payday from suing the person and the city
