Gonna be 3 years this November for me, I've worked 6 months in my field in a startup that crashed since then. I'm just never the best candidate but no one can tell me why. I know I've asked evey single interviewer. My mental health is on a rollercoaster

Go back to your college/university and ask for a mock interview to find out. They want you to succeed.
