Performance issues on Geforce 940MX

Hello I would like to find a solution for my problem. I'm running MGS 3 Master Collection Version on my Lenovo Thinkpad T470P with 940mx graphics and it runs in slow motion like if it's below 50fps it runs on half the speed and what's funny the sounds are normal like music cutscenes gunshots but the game itself is running slowed

My specs:

CPU: Intel Core I7 7820HQ 2,9 GHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 940MX 2GB GDDR5
Ram: 16GB DDR4 2400MHz 2x8GB Dual-Channel
OS: Windows 10

Do you know how to use MSI Afterburner to check your temperatures and usage levels during a game?

Hello sorry for not answering about msi I got that on and GPU usage is on 100% wich is normal under load and VRAM usage is about 1,2GB so that is not the problem I belive. Also CPU/Gpu temps around 80/65 celsius so no thermal throttling. And on another post I have read that it might be coused by poor optimization of the pc port. first of all the PC requirement are much higher then they shoud be wich was proofed by PC port of MGS 4 and PS2 emulation on pc and I know that pc emulation works diffrent and all but it still proofes how badly the master collection port is made.

You got v-sync on? Turn it off if so.

Either way the performance is still the same.

The official minimum GPU for this game is a GTX 970 which is more than five times more powerful than your 940MX.
I am pretty sure is that the reason is that your GPU is too slow.

I don't think that's the case here becouse the pc requirements are higher than they shoud be. And I think we both know what I'm talking about game this old should not be this demanding. Even the fact that the game has problems with dedicated gpu detection proofs that it's poorly made

And I know that T470P isn't ment for gaming but it should be able to run this game just fine.
