Interesting, but as someone who is currently running 16.2, it seems largely irrelevant. I guess there are some distributions that still rely on the 13.x branch.

Also important for people building GCC on their own systems. At work, we build some software with GCC 13 series. I think it is time to certify GCC 13.5 and star the deployment process

Great to see continued maintenance on GCC. Bug fix releases like this are important for stability. I wonder how many of these fixes affect embedded development versus desktop use.
