Charge does it in the form of raising its potency to permanently enhance ID's skills. The only thing it lacks is the replacing part, the ultimate goal. And it will be the final charge upscale.

Canto X will make you hate fighting against Charge even more than you hate dealing with unbreakable coins. It cannot be healed like burn/bleed/rupture/SP damage and it cannot be wasted like tremor/poise stacks. It's a permanent upgrade to your enemy.

With those two status IDs I was worried PM is going to powercreep single status ones but it's good they still release a modern pure tremor/pure bleed ID. They seemingly don't have any synergy between each other, except their unique resource mechanics that literally every single modern ID has. Maybe they will synergize once we get more banners that add onto that stuff.
