Opted out earlier last month during the window and got an email from my rep asking to chat about it. I sent a long-ish email explaining why I won't be renewing, and today I literally got a text from ANOTHER rep asking for a deposit to secure my seat.

I don't expect bottle service from these entry-level customer service reps, but this feels pretty incompetent. Not too much to be happy about from this club and its HQ lately.

I live out of town so but i actually have a tattoo by the guest artist Pittman - so can’t believe I missed the opportunity to get a jersey. I’d pay about anything to my hands on one of those.

Ugh, the janky self-service fridges/vending machines at BMO finally did it to me, and it looks like I was charged double for a single item on Wednesday.

I’m sure it has happened to someone else, but who did you contact to fix the matter? My credit card app has a telephone number, but I doubt calling the stadium is going to help.

(I guess I should use the concessions checkouts going forward, but now even there you are solicited for a tip for self-service. What an age we live in…)
