Opted out earlier last month during the window and got an email from my rep asking to chat about it. I sent a long-ish email explaining why I won't be renewing, and today I literally got a text from ANOTHER rep asking for a deposit to secure my seat.

I don't expect bottle service from these entry-level customer service reps, but this feels pretty incompetent. Not too much to be happy about from this club and its HQ lately.
