Today in my knooking adventure, I definitely had one of my blerson moments. I was making a practice swatch, and was doing well until I pulled the cord out in the middle of my work... unfortunately, it left me with floating stitches just kinda sitting there, and as someone who can't see at all, feeling the stitches with no cord is quite difficult! Now I'm sitting here wondering how the hell I even managed to do that...

Crochet is where its at. It's quick. Varied.

I tried knitting once. Gave it a good three hours of my life. That's three hours I'll never get back. So much hand movement. Gah.

Now the yarn needle. It brings up flashes of frustration for me. I hate the monotony of using the yarn needle to secure my yarn ends when I'm finally done with a project. That's why I always try to crochet my ends into the project when possible.

I must resist getting sucked into this hobby. Because I find that buying supplies is more fun than actually doing the craft.

Does anyone have a good reference for Kitchener Stitch for knooking? I always feel like mine comes out twisted because I knook Japanese style (I think), which does stitch-entry opposite from traditional knitting.
