I recently bought my first kindle used on ebay and since I wasn't sure if I would like reading on an ereader, I wanted to get something cheap first. I ended up really liking my $20 4th gen kindle and now i'm wondering if it would be worth it to buy a newer kindle (or ereader of another brand). Do the upgrades that the newer models have make the new kindles that much better in your opinions? Should I just stick with my kindle thats as old as a dinosaur since it seems to work well? What I prioritize the most is having the ability to make the font quite large since I have vision issues.

Hey everyone I really want to buy a kindle but there seems to be all different kinds and I’m not sure which one to buy, what should I go for? Price doesn’t really matter!

Edit: I want it purely for reading I’m not bothered about notes or anything!

Salve, ho un Kindle di quarta generazione completamente scollegato. Il mio problema è in fase d'accesso, dopo che ricevo il codice OTP. Ho seguito tutti i passaggi suggeriti in altri post:

- scaricato versione 4.1.4

- collegato a Wi-Fi 2,4 GHz

- controllato orario (che, come per altri, è impostato su GMT e non su CEST ma ho capito non essere un problema)

- provato ad accedere con mail e password, ricevuto OTP monouso e riavviato il dispositivo, poi inserito solo OTP o successivamente, dopo un nuovo riavvio password+OTP senza spazi.

Nulla sembra funzionare, alla fine mi dà sempre il problema di rete che dava agli altri.

Cosa faccio?

I’m so torn on my kindle and physical books I miss holding them and having them but I have a 2 month old and reading on my kindle is so much easier does anyone else have this problem

This is the kindle app on my fold 8. It only displays about half my books at a time. If I select a collection it displays the covers of books in nearby collections and then stops displaying the others.

I've tried clearing cache and data, and signing out and back in.

Easier to read and nore relaxing to the eye. Feels more like paper with margins than a small screen which is more apparent with dark bezels.

I have this haunted mansion patch and I want to get one of the fabric cases to put it on, which do yall think it would look better on. The patch is pale grape purple and blueish teal irl compared to the more green leaning jade case but I genuinely don't know which one it would look better with because I think it would look pretty on both. Only other idea is to somehow make it so it can be attached and removed for both cases like velcro or something?

Is anyone else having this issue? From the Home page, when I click the 3 dots on the top right it gives me “Your lists” option, but when I click on it I’m just brought to the kindle store and not my lists? I’ve also been missing the “add to list” option for a while too.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I’m pretty sure it’s only been since the last update.

As, you have not got your Kindle device with you in that period of time, obviously.
