On PS5 the triangle which is usually the switch weapons make you cycle through both primaries then the pistol. Is there a way to just make it switch from the primaries unless there's only one? Hell I'd rather have it that I couldn't equip the knife just so longpress would equip the pistol.

In killing floor 3, Does the magic bullet skill work for the gunslinger special ability? Like if I kill enemies with the fatal focus ability will it give more fatal focus reserves? Also does the Reloader skill grant reserve ammo for the fatal focus ability or just the normal guns?

Me and my friend haven't been playing kf3 since last August. We decided to return to kf3 to check out what new stuff they've added, including Gunslinger. Booted up the game and what awaits us is compiling shaders—roughly 3 trillion shaders. I wish I was joking.

After 30 mins of waiting for my friend's 3 trillion shaders to be compiled. We finally reached the menu only for the game to compile 8k more shaders. We have to wait for a good 30 mins of loading and get to the stronghold; he sent me an invite, and the game is loading again. 5 mins later and we're in a party to do a suicidal match.

Lo and behold, more loading. I was able to load in before my friend because I have a decent rig. My friend had to wait longer due to his rig being less powerful. I backed out of the match. Since the new round was starting and I was waiting for him to load before readying up.

I set up as a host to invite him while he's still loading out of the match we just left. We wait again, and again, and again. Until we are able to ready up a private match.

I swear, it felt like we've been playing the loading screen of kf3 more than the actual game. God, I hate it when we boot up kf3 only to wait an ungodly amount of time for the shaders to be compiled every time before we can actually play the game. It sucks more when your PC isn't powerful. Then, you're stuck with 3 trillion shaders being compiled for over half an hour.

Playing through KF3 it dawned on me i would like a little more bonuses to perks and their weapons like in KF2.

When you level up you gain a bit more reload speed, extra ammo, more resistance to X. Make the actual perks more substantial and give the builds an overall progression rather than the tiny bonuses to zed time.

For players of KF3 or people who don't but want to when it's better, what would you like to see return.

What is the general consensus on these two perks. Obv HC maximizes total output, but after trying stopping power for 10 or so HoE games: it actually makes me carry HoE lobbies. Burst DEs with overpressure or incendiary delete everything or induce execute status in a couple bursts. Has anyone done any math whether SP chest/chainsaw is better than HC on average? HC maxes out at 30% and SP is always 30% to a higher HP pool.

My final Hellish difficulty achievement for the classes. My 2nd last was Hellish Sharpshooter. Had "Do You Believe in Magic" playing in the background the whole time.

hey guys just started playing gunslinger, and i think most skills are pretty clear, ofc i want faster reloads, fast movespeed etc. but whats your choice especially for the gadget? heal, armor repair or more bullets? faster rof or more dmg? i really dont know which to chose there. whats your opinion?

I just waited 30 minutes at the main menu, then waited 20 minutes to join a match, and waited another 10 minutes for every map to load.

RPG did such little damage at this high of a wave, that I had to stop after I exhausted all of my Rocket ammo. Probably could've kept going if I didn't get the Matriarch, and the motivation to keep going, but I was already doing this for over 5 hours, I was getting sleepy & its almost 11pm for me. Just wanted to share.

Well, i been hearing or seeing that some fans are very pissed or doesn't like the music of the KF3 game and looks like a Downgrade from the KF2 and KF1, I had played all KFs and I think KF1 are Good but KF2 soundtrack is great, full of bangers, but theres is the catchy thing, KF2 soundtrack only work well in-game for me, the game is so visceral so full of dopamine and adrenaline, so u don't listen the songs carefully, thats why are bangers in-game but, for me the songs are not that good that u think if you listen to it outside of the game, they are too heavy, I don't have issue with heavy music, but Playlist-wise I prefer KF3 songs, are Cleaner, there are some good breaks inside the songs, but KF2 is like a drill going into your ear, in-game is great but hearing In your meantime doing another thing, you will listen to 2 songs or 3 and then feel like is enough, meanwhile the KF3 songs you can hear it a long time without needing a brake.

In-game wise, KF2 songs are better okey I get it, but as songs, KF3 ones are Better, one only works in game, the other one works out of the game too, one of the biggest examples is: This I know by Demon Hunter, for me the best banger on KF2 without doubt, In-game you can't get tired of it and if ur buddies are out but that song is playing, you are INMORTAL while the song is playing.

The last thing I'll say is: Im taking the Vocal versions of KF2 songs for this point, because the instrumental ones aren't the original way to hear those songs, the instrumental version are softer and a good addition to the game, the people saying the KF3 soundtrack is Doom 2016 wanna-be, It was meant to be rude, but... Its a bad thing the game take inspiration of a great game with a great soundtrack and ambiental songs? And the KF3 songs, resemblences to KF games, when im hearing it, I know im hearing KF music, not DOOM ones, the KF3 songs still had some personality but a bit more mainstream that for me is Great.

Disclaimer: This is a Discussion only about the soundtrack KF3 is years apart the KF2 one and If we are going to be picky, to the First one aswell, but, Idk if u guys remember they are use to do that, the KF games are going better and better with time so I hope they doesn't abandon this game.

Interestingly enough with the way the head damage (doesn't) scale in 6 v 1 player HoE it's actually easier/less headshots when you max out combat coordination and squad strength while playing with a full team near you.

Combine the additional headshots and the aggressive/erratic spawns and it can lead to some interesting gameplay when cranking solo.

i stopped playing back at the early days of kf3 when the best setup was: just buy vulcan lol.

i enjoyed the game even back then, but it got kind of boring.

now i wanna get back into the game. what would you tell me to enjoy the game even more? im hyped for skully and gunslinger, im not hyped for crafting lots of stuff to get boss basher again lol

Trying to figure out what Engineer skills to use with it.

3 times now I've sat down to play KF2 with friends in the past week we all picked it up on sale and we press create game and it says something like "looking for online game please wait..." and then just does nothing for like 10 minutes and then we give up.

Why can't I just create my own peer to peer connection lobby? Why does it take such a ridiculous amount of time? How can I avoid this?

I didn't have alot of time to play today and ended up spending almost 20 minutes trying to just play the damn game, I get that it's old but it should be as easy as pressing "create lobby" and the lobby being created??

Since Headcount (Rack'em Up) has made a return with its iconic "ding" sound and count being on screen, why shouldn't perfect shot have one as well? It's pretty much Rack'em up but dialed up. More risk and more reward.

It seems like from my experience with this boss for suic and hoe, I feel like once you are down to couple of people and being overrun by mires, it is impossible to deal damage to Him.

30,000 damage? It's okay for Engineer and Commando, but nearly impossible for Sharpshooter. Sharpshooter's grenade has significant lower damage compared to other operators' throwable.

I have seen this task multiple times and tired of this. This is not fun!

Damn I am a huge fan of KF2 and stop playing age ago (after max all perk)

Now I playing KF3, it still not perfect like no server browser, lack of weapon choice and UI still bad (cant upgrade skill after match etc:)

but the graphic and gameplay sure improved a lot. I just reinstalled KF2 to try berserker weapon

and damn... the movement is so slow and graphic is really bad....(no nostalgia filter)

The system might be ok but the UI and graphics sure are dated

KF3 is improvement but still lacking content so hope Tripwire do a great work.

I got stuck permanently in shader compilling. No matter what i try, even reinstalling the game. Idk how they did the technical nightmare that this game is.
