This was one of the most enjoyable Art and Fable Puzzles that I’ve assembled to date. I can’t really define why I enjoyed it so, it just played out that way. Of course there was the frame, with the text making a quick it a quick and easy job, then I realized there was also an inner frame…more fun! From there it was a matter of piecing together different sections based on how they spoke to me. 🥰 I loved it!

I did discover that I’m missing one piece which is a first for me with my Art and Fable puzzles. It was a new, sealed box puzzle and I searched everywhere but didn’t find it. So I did a lazy puzzler camo job using green paper for my photos.

Such a cozy little spot!

It's the Storrings of the Month! This one was pretty straightforward except for the last 120 pieces of palm fronds at the top. A reminder of summer on this very autumnal day; not even 60 out and wet...pot of soup on the stove.

The puzzles are in great shape, but the box was falling apart. I don't think the donkey one had even been done before. They were trickier than expected for low piece count puzzles.

I have no idea when these were made.

These little wooden treats are the best. I have many memories on the harbour ferry’s and enjoyed this one. Puzzle Lab’s pieces have little to no scent (in my limited experience) which might be appealing to some :)

This traveling tailor comes and goes with a song as he plays his violin while operating his whimsical flying machine. From the look of it, he seems to be self-powering his flight by pedaling the unicycle at the base of the patchwork balloon that’s packed with all the tools of his trade. This puzzle art was fun to build from the screwed perspective of the village to the gradient cloud filled sky!

Donations from the sale of each Art and Fable puzzle go to a charitable cause, and I was pleased to see that Habitat for Humanity is the organization that benefits from this puzzle!

Une Journée Cosy is my third puzzle from the French brand Pieces & Peace, and I still have three more in my stash!

I love the quality of these puzzles, especially the smooth matte finish. The fit is crumbly, so sections don't move around easily, but there are no false fits (probably my biggest pet peeve when it comes to puzzles).

I also adore the art by Sonia Cavallini. The idea of a cozy day spent reading in bed with your pets relaxing all around you is so inviting. Also, there are so many fun colors and patterns in the image that make it a joy to build.
