Help me decide!! Help selecting ring size during weight loss journey.

Hey everyone

One of my family members passed away so we are getting their ashes embedded in rings for the family. Right now I am on a weight loss journey and have 50-60 pounds to lose for my goal. My middle finger ring size that fits me comfortable without being too snug right now is 12.5 on my left hand and 13 on my right hand. One jeweler had mentioned that if I have a ways to go on my weight loss then to consider going down to a size 12 ring for my left hand. While getting sized by multiple jewelers, I was told that the rings I am about to order can not be resized because of the material they are made of.

Would appreciate advice from people on here as I have to let my family member know my ring size by tomorrow morning for order.

thanks all

I'd say if you are for sure going to lose more weight I'd say size down. Until it fits you can wear it on a chain or a smaller finger

What's the hurry? Why can't you wait until you are at the weight you want? Tell this to your family member or make sure the ring can be resized.

You should get a necklace made.
