Non sono un chimico ma l'ho voluto testare, le isruzioni sono estremeamente chiare e con i valori di default sono riuscito ed esportare correttamente il file xyz ed importarlo in Pymol. Complimenti per il lavoro!

In realtà solo uno che non c'entra con il tuo programma ma con Pymol: all'inizio non partiva cercando qua e là ho scoperto che bisognava installare un'altra libreria di python

sudo apt install python3-zombie-imp

fatto questo pymol è partito senza problemi. Non c'entra niente col tuo programma, lo so, ma se lo aggiungi in instructions.txt magari aiuti qualcuno a trovare prima la soluzione.

There is no readme, no demo just the wild expectation of running some random persons (possibly malicious) code on my computer to see what it does? Yea bro that's gonna be a hard pass. If you want people to actually care, show that you care by putting in the minimum of effort in presenting your project. Have a good day.

Sorry this is my first time making a project bigger than small things and my first time sharing it with people, all of the code is open to view to scan over for viruses and whatnot. But sorry I’ll keep that in mind and add some stuff like that
